Most outbound stacks are fifteen tools doing the work of eight. Here's the lean version we actually run.
Here's the outbound stack we actually run at SOL MEDIA SOLUTIONS. Eight layers, nothing for show.
Data
A-Leads. A verified contact database, plug and play. Strong filters like buyer intent and job posts, and most contacts ship with the company content we personalize from.
Signals
Trigify.io. Social listening: point it at a competitor, a key voice, or a topic, and it captures and qualifies the people engaging there. It also flags buying-intent posts and people frustrated with a rival. We route them to LinkedIn, or enrich with Airscale for email.
Enrichment
Airscale. Enriches a Trigify profile or a scraped company list into verified, email-ready contacts.
Personalization
Crawl4AI. Open-source crawler. For when the source does not provide the website content, it scrapes the sites' context we use for personalization.
An LLM \(Claude, GPT or Gemini\). Turns that content into personalized lines.
Verification
MillionVerifier. Checks every address before send. Bounces stay near zero.
Smartlead. Sends the sequences and keeps us landing in the primary inbox.
HeyReach. Runs the LinkedIn channel: standalone LinkedIn campaigns, or the LinkedIn touches inside multichannel email-plus-LinkedIn sequences.
Orchestration
Claude Code. The orchestration layer. It reads the data across every tool and surfaces what needs a decision, then carries out the calls we make.
Most of this stack is not new. What changed recently is that it runs as one system now, not ten open tabs.
