We've tested most of the enrichment tools on the market over the last year.
These four are still in our stack.
Each one owns a single step: find the contact, fill what's missing, verify it, clean it.
Here's the stack, in the order we run it:
1. Airscale
The first finder we point at a new list. People search, email finding and reverse lookup all sit behind one API. The email finder is itself a waterfall over Findymail, Prospeo, Icypeas, Trykitt and others, so a single call already runs the lookup across a stack of providers.
2. Outscraper
Where we go when a list is local or SMB-heavy and the finders come up thin. It discovers businesses straight from Google Maps by sector and location, then scrapes contact pages for the emails nothing else surfaced.
3. MillionVerifier
The gate everything passes before it touches a sequence. It sorts every address into ok, catch-all, invalid or disposable, in bulk. Nothing unverified goes out.
4. Claude \(Haiku\)
The cleanup pass most stacks skip. It fixes messy company names, pulls first names out of email local-parts, and splits personal addresses from role-based and generic ones. The list goes in raw and comes out ready to send.
The order matters more than the tools. Find first, scrape for what the finders miss, then verify and clean before anything goes out. The last two steps are the ones most people skip, and they're the difference between a list that lands and one that bounces into spam.
If someone on your team is choosing enrichment tools or rebuilding their outbound, send them this.
What's running in your enrichment stack right now?

In most B2B companies, content and outbound live in different rooms. Run as one loop, each side feeds the other
